1. General information

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of AdGuard products and services through the official website: https://adguardcheckout.com.
Depending on the product, you may purchase either a license key (for AdGuard Ad Blocker) or a subscription (for AdGuard VPN, AdGuard DNS, and AdGuard Mail).
All purchases are processed by our authorized online resellers, who act as Merchants of Record. Depending on your location and selected currency, your order will be processed by Paddle.com or PayPro Global. These resellers handle payment processing, customer service inquiries, and refunds.

2. Products and purchase terms

2.1 AdGuard Ad blocker

Upon purchase, you receive a license key that allows you to activate AdGuard on a specified number of devices for a defined period.

2.2 AdGuard VPN

You purchase a subscription to use AdGuard VPN. Available plans:
  • Monthly
  • 1-year
  • 2-year
The subscription is automatically linked to your AdGuard account.

2.3 AdGuard DNS

You purchase a subscription to use AdGuard DNS. Available plans:
  • Monthly
  • Yearly
  • Personal, Team, or Enterprise tiers
A free Starter plan may be available. Paid subscriptions are linked to your AdGuard account.

2.4 AdGuard Mail

You purchase a subscription to use AdGuard Mail. Available plans:
  • Monthly
  • 1-year
An AdGuard account is automatically created for the email address used during purchase (if not already existing).

3. Payment options

Available payment methods depend on your location and may include:
  • Credit or debit card
  • Apple Pay
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay
  • Alipay
  • Cryptocurrency

4. Refund policy

We encourage all customers to try available trial versions before purchasing. Refund terms differ depending on the product.

4.1 AdGuard (license keys)

A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase for license keys bought via official AdGuard websites. Upon refund, the license key will be blocked. Requests made after the 30-day period are reviewed individually. Partial refunds for upgrades or renewals are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon with our support team.

4.2 AdGuard VPN

Monthly plans are non-refundable. For 1-year and 2-year plans, a full refund is available within 30 days of purchase. Upon refund, the subscription will be blocked. Requests submitted after 30 days are reviewed individually. Partial refunds for upgrades or renewals are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon with our support team.

4.3 AdGuard DNS

Monthly plans are non-refundable. For 1-year plans, a full refund is available within 30 days of purchase. Upon refund, the subscription will be blocked. Requests submitted after 30 days are reviewed individually. Partial refunds for upgrades or renewals are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon with our support team.

4.4 AdGuard Mail

Monthly plans are non-refundable. For 1-year plans, a full refund is available within 30 days of purchase. Upon refund, the subscription will be blocked. Requests submitted after 30 days are reviewed individually. Partial refunds for upgrades or renewals are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon with our support team. If an account is deleted, the active subscription will be cancelled; a refund remains possible only if the purchase was made within 30 days (for 1-year plans).

4.5 Third-party purchases

If you purchased a product through a third-party reseller or app store, please refer to their respective refund policy.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact the appropriate support team:
Processing time depends on the payment method and typically takes 5–10 business days.

6. Auto-renewal

Auto-renewal is enabled by default for all subscriptions. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period and the applicable fee will be charged. You can disable auto-renewal at any time at no additional cost via your AdGuard account.
After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. You will need to manually renew it afterward.

7. Special offers

Discounts apply only to the first billing term of a product or subscription. Upon renewal, the subscription will be charged at the full standard price.
